I am a mixed media visual artist and educator. I create works of all sizes from large painted murals or canvases to small paper collages and wheel thrown pottery. I love creating which also means I incorporated fibers and textiles into my routine at a moments whim.

For the past 15 years I have been a working Art Instructor. Currently I am the owner of The Art Room on Walnut Street in Green Cove Springs. I’m so proud of the work we have done with the community in that studio space for the past 6 years, it has truly been a growth time of my life. I’m excited to hand over the business at the end of the summer to focus more on creating and where that will lead.

I spend most of my time outside, studying natures small miracles, which inspires most of my art.

If it’s not nature related, it’s whimsical or silly. Right now I’m creating pottery with pickles, which completely tickles my fancy.

I love being in the mix with the community, so I LOVE live creating opportunities for an event or installation project.
